Vulture is a bold and moody restaurant inspired by Neoclassical forms that elevate a menu that riffs on the golden age of American continental-style fine dining—think martinis, oysters Rockefeller, and steak Diane, but entirely vegan. The space is rich and romantic with an air of dramatic glamour reimagined through a modern lens. It’s a place of surrender and delight—at once nostalgic and surreal, while remaining contemporary. We leaned into contrasts: detailed custom millwork and mythological motifs sit alongside lush greenery and flamboyant floral patterns, blurring the line between the organic and the built. The devil is in the details, literally—gods, demons, and fantastical creatures appear in unconventional ways, guiding guests through the dining experience. There’s a sense that nature is gently overtaking the room, which gives it a quiet tension—something a little mysterious, a little decadent. Custom work includes plaster by Ben Lai; textiles by Jessi Highet; statues by Anthony Hart; and lighting throughout by Home Studios.

Absolutely love how this space transforms me every time I enter. The lighting, the color choices, fabrics, etc., are all so well thought out and executed~ One of my top 5 favorite spots.
