The Knauss Center for Business Education is a 72,000 SF ground-up building on the USD campus.
The exterior architecture blends in with the existing Spanish Renaissance style. The project includes instructional space, collaboration spaces, computer and financial labs, and faculty offices. Included in this project is the 46,671 SF Olin Hall School of Business building renovation with new offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and café. Construction includes all new MEP, new Fire Protection System, all new walls/ceilings/floors and kitchen equipment. Scope also includes replacing all existing exterior windows and existing roof, and touchup to the existing building façade.
The Knauss Center for Business Education has been intentionally designed to bring out the very best of innovation, collaboration and values-driven leadership from our students. In these halls, we’ll educate the next wave of business leaders, foster student startups, grow small businesses and facilitate change on both a local and global scale.
The School of Business is where business meets purpose. Each space within the 120,000-square-foot complex is intentionally designed to create an innovation and collaboration ecosystem. Groundbreaking technology, active learning classrooms and labs, a production studio and a student startup incubator are all designed to empower our students to remake the future of business.
