This “Missing Middle” project offers affordable rents for modestly sized units to residents seeking housing near transportation corridors, neighborhood schools, services, and amenities. The site features two distinct building types: a 4-story elevator-served building with residential units over a single-story parking garage, lobby, and amenity areas, and a 3-story walk-up building with tuck-under parking. The smaller walk-up buildings are strategically placed throughout the sloping site, arranged around parking courts and landscaped areas.
