Treehouse is a newly opened dining collective and gathering hub in Sorrento Valley. Located at the Pacific Center, Treehouse is designed for the public and surrounding office areas to enjoy delicious meals, artisanal beverages and comfortable modern seating in a welcoming atmosphere. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, tables with power outlets and bright natural light, the massive 9,300 square foot building also offers an escape from a confined office space and provides a creative venue where teamwork and connection are encouraged. Designed by the award-winning Gensler team, Treehouse’s interiors feature a 6,300 square foot open dining space with a sleek, contemporary design, 28-foot high open-to-structure ceilings, supported by a mass Timber structure composed of FSC-certified Douglas Fir Glulam columns and roof girders with a PEFC-certified 3-ply Douglas Fir Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) roof. The new building has a 7,500 square foot semi-intensive green roof system with native vegetation and a 4,000 square foot outdoor patio space filled with tables, seating and couches. The project is targeting LEED V4 Gold Certification, making it an environmentally friendly structure for the San Diego community. Whether it is a breakfast, lunch, a corporate event, or a meeting, Treehouse welcomes everyone and provides diverse dining experiences for attendees.
