An extraordinary amount of cost and effort went into the creation of these ADA ramps connecting an intersection that sees very little ADA need and a street that is completely inaccessible. What was the point of this? Who is intended to use these ramps? Why was this prioritized as a needed improvement? We see many other worthy locations within the City that are desperate for improved accessibility. This type of public improvement (if you want to call it that) results from a broken system of evaluation and application- the City should be reminded with a smelly Onion!
