This project has a unique blend of an urban foundation mixed with soft sophisticated natural notes and textures and integrated planting throughout the project. It bring a reprieve to the hustle and bustle of North Park, integrating the nature seen throughout San Diego.
The Monroe is a 137 Unit LEED Platinum community in North Park, San Diego. Designed as a reprieve from the surrounding urban fabric, the project draws on natural materials and a color palette inspired by the varied landscapes of San Diego County. The result is a collection of highly livable residences, community driven amenities, and a rooftop deck offering stunning panoramic views.
