The design establishes a sophisticated, soulful atmosphere that feels like a modern lodge nestled directly into the landscape, offering guests an elevated space to connect with the natural world.
The seamless blend of architectural scale, artisan detail, and massive windows ensure the elephants remain the focal point, the interior holds its own through a deep respect for African craftsmanship. The space is anchored by authentic, handmade artifacts sourced from African artisans—including hand-made necklace and talking sticks—that give the restaurant a sense of history and a distinct human touch.
These organic, artisanal elements provide a beautiful contrast to the building’s clean lines and expansive open volumes.
