Daffodil

The project is a mixed use urban infill project located in the barrio just south of downtown San Diego. Within its 7,000 sf site the uses are varied. It holds a 16 unit apartment with rent restricted units, a boutique hotel called Narcissus, and Alchemy, a small restaurant that packs a big punch (opening soon). Art integration occurs throughout the project and extending into the interiors. The developer and architect invited many local artists into the project, and the impact is a large part of the success of the composition. Small courtyards dot the project, and private outdoor space is valued. Contributing artists are The interiors of Narcissus were created by Weiszblüth & Brown
