CITY 24 boutique hotel, has seemingly been chiseled from the hillside landscape. The Architectural form emulates pixelation of voids and volumes alike, which provide the building with open spaces, filtered light and shadow play. Navigating through the open suspended walkways, guests encounter calming courtyards amidst the thundering sound of airplanes descending above. Lush green vegetation creates a juxtaposition between the monochromatic tones and utilization of raw materials, while harmoniously softening the building’s form.
City 24 encompasses 24 modern condo style hotel suites that can accommodate up to 11 guests with self check-in, private patios and full kitchens. A home away from home, perfect for family vacations, entertaining and events. The building’s large windows, courtyards, balconies and communal rooftop decks take advantage of the panoramic views of Downtown San Diego and the Bay.

This project takes a hotel room to a new level.Hidden Italian bunkbeds allow 11 guests to sleep in 9 beds. Fully equipped kitchens ,3 bathrooms ,large private patios.A one of a kind project.
