AV8 sets a new standard for living – the lowest yet. Inspired by the number 8 and aptly two 4-packs of Crayola crayons, this building oozes sophistic8tion. Upon entering the historic façade, which once housed an aviation factory, you should squint your eyes and turn your head – the new portion *almost* aligns. Good try guys, construction is hard! 8 feet off will do. OH WAIT! it’s “AV8” like “aviation”! Nothing communic8tes modernity and the freedom of flying quite like the relentless stucco, vinyl windows, and other bits of façade cladding seemingly purchased from a liquid8tion auction website. It’s like sitting on an overbooked flight in coach next to the restroom. And just like that wafting scent that comes midflight, this project will take you to a similarly happy place. It’s so gr8t, it will make you regurgit8te!
