UC San Diego Umi Sushi

This project encompassed a renovation and upgrade of the 64 Degrees restaurant at UC San Diego, transforming it into Umi, a new Sushi Bar and dining space. Umi blends design and architecture to offer a relaxed yet sophisticated sushi dining experience for students and faculty. The design emphasizes the art of sushi making, showcasing fresh ingredients and sushi stations. Umi features sleek, modern design elements, creating an inviting atmosphere ideal for a quick bite between classes or a leisurely meal with colleagues. Whether for a casual meal or a more immersive dining experience, Umi provides a captivating setting for every occasion.
