A grand stair and “jewel-box” front entry welcomes tenants and visitors. Integrated into the plaza is a signature amenity building featuring a restaurant, bar, café, library, and lounge. As a life science campus, the project’s goal was to provide flexible, technologically advanced laboratory spaces while also leveraging the coastal site’s ocean views and providing enhanced amenities to help tenants attract top researchers. The site’s delicate ecosystem required minimum environmental impact, integrating with the surrounding community. World-class amenities extend research and inspiration to the outdoors, encouraging wellness and collaboration.
