Torre Médica Otay (TMO) is a medical and healthcare building that includes a hospital, specialized healthcare clinics, and medical offices in the city of Tijuana. The project offers ideal Class A medical spaces that promote health and well-being, not only due to its innovative, elegant, modern, safe, and inclusive style, but also due to its connection and location with the mixed-use complex Alameda Otay Town Center, which has been characterized by offering outdoor spaces and experiences that promote healthy coexistence and cultural exchange. Today, the Alameda Otay Town Center development has triggered the growth and relevance of the area, allowing for the integration of new complementary business lines, remaining the preferred destination for visitors, employees, users, and patients of TMO’s offices and clinics.
Access to the building is via islands in front of it, which facilitate circulation and allow pedestrians to move safely.
The main envelope is made of perforated metal in shades of gray, which also provides an innovative character. This texture emphasizes a harmonious and recurring connection with the entire complex, achieving a unified architectural language and an identifiable personality.
