Topaz Student Housing Apartments

I’m all for density and providing student housing in the right places, which I think this is, but this is about as drab & dreary as it gets. Yes the building is big, it has to be to provide alot of housing, but the monochromatic color palette of white with off-white faux-stone and varius shades of light greys offer only a brutal mainly stucco monolith of a building more remaniscent of a penitentuary to be survived than a place to live and thrive. The minimal accents of blue are not enough to bring life to the building and certainly this can’t be an inspiring place to call home during important student educational years for the students.
