Moving east from Downtown along Broadway, The Minn stands as a landmark project as you enter the neighborhood of Golden Hill. Two-story townhomes clad in sandy brick define the street level and connect with the scale of the surrounding neighborhood, while a portal overlaid with wood grain cladding and smooth Santa Barbara stucco punctuates the building’s primary entrance and lobby.
