At the heart of Fox Point Farms lies a 8,000 sq ft main barn, housing Haven Farm and Table restaurant and Harvest Market. The development also features an event greenhouse, brewery, communal green spaces, and active farmland, all contributing to a vibrant farm-to-table ecosystem.
Led by San Diego design firm Tecture, the sprawling barn’s design emphasizes the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, with carefully planned layouts that maximize residents’ connection to the natural environment. Views, corridors, and sightlines are meticulously arranged around the farm and outdoor areas, ensuring a harmonious blend of nature and community life.
