Eve is downtown San Diego’s stunning new event venue, located atop the Edge building in IQHQ’s Research and Development District (RaDD). Officially opened in June 2024, Eve is managed by Petco Park Events and offers breathtaking 270-degree panoramic views of the San Diego Bay.
The primary event room at Eve is as functional as it is beautiful, boasting 7,800 square feet of versatile meeting space under sweeping 19-foot-high ceilings with unique acoustical treatment. Its clean, sophisticated design serves as a refined canvas that allows individual events to shine. The space is enhanced with large LED screens, integrated audiovisual systems, and a motorized wall that can divide the room into four distinct areas for maximum versatility. An operable glass wall opens out onto the expansive curving terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience against the captivating bay backdrop.
Adding to its allure are the distinctive details that set Eve apart: the shimmering tile wall behind the cocktail bar exudes modern elegance, and the mural art, with intricate designs meticulously cut from paper, brings a touch of artistic warmth.
In addition to the main event space, Eve offers two Salon rooms, each designed and furnished to the same exceptional standards. The venue harmoniously merges modern aesthetics with thoughtful functionality, and every element—from the vast glass walls to the state-of-the-art technology—reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of contemporary event needs. More than just an event space, Eve stands as a masterpiece of design that promises a truly memorable experience on the San Diego waterfront.
The EVE space is stunning! It’s rare to find an event space where the natural landscape and intended use are so purposefully integrated into the design features from the outset. Everything from built-in AV to 280 degree bayfront views to trisecting dividing walls and expandable breakout spaces make it turnkey for events. EVE showcases the best of what San Diego’s natural beauty has to offer and leaves both locals and out-of-town guests reaching for their iphones.
