General Comment — I have attend and participated with O&O for the past 5 years. I, for one, am unimpressed with the reoccurring submissions for restaurant interior design. These nominations feel more like a marketing campaign for dining patrons than a discussion of design. How are they contributing to our community? I already know what to expect in going to a restaurant like this… a nice meal with an “Instagrammable” background.
ALSO, what is “plant-forward cuisine”? I dined here in January and the menu included a 48 oz. tomahawk steak brushed in real gold…
