Boston Consulting Group is a global consulting firm, partnering with leaders in business to tackle their most important challenges. When BCG decided to move to a new office in the downtown San Diego neighborhood of Little Italy, they wanted the space to reflect San Diego’s laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere, with a classic West Coast feel. From the warm and welcoming reception area to the sunlit work café, every detail has been meticulously designed. The project fosters inclusivity, well-being & productivity. The goal was for the space to be calming enough for focused work yet energized for community interactions, whether collaborating in enclosed team rooms or seeking quiet heads down spaces for concentration. The result reflects the organization’s commitment to fostering productivity, and mentorship. The office’s superb acoustics ensure privacy for both employees and clients. It’s a beautiful and functional space where anyone would thrive.
