Bonjour Patisserie transforms a compact ground‑floor café into a refined, inviting interior that effortlessly channels Paris‑style boulangerie culture into San Diego’s Little Italy. The design emphasizes high‑quality materials, soft neutral tones and warm wood accents that create a sense of craftsmanship and approachable elegance. With an open pastry counter visible from the sidewalk, the space encourages social interaction and spontaneous visits. Seating inside and small outdoor tables engage passerby movement while promoting a sense of connection with the neighborhood context. Light filtering through large storefront windows supports both display quality and gentle ambient illumination.

From a sustainability standpoint, Bonjour retools post‑market vendor operations into an adaptive reuse within the Continental Lofts base, supporting local small business while activating a previously unused storefront. Its thoughtful layout balances efficient service flow with hospitality—baristas, pastry shelves, and seating coexist without crowding.
