Opened at the beginning of the year, 222 North City is a mixed-use development in the heart of North County’s premier downtown district, North City. Spanning more than 800,000 square feet, the project includes 458 residential units distributed across two twelve-story towers that anchor either side of significant outdoor gardens, shared amenities, and tenant gathering spaces. Along North City Drive the building steps back to foster a pedestrian-friendly scale and provides open plazas and public gathering areas. The development is wrapped by retail and townhomes and includes an underground parking structure.
