As a cosmetic surgery space, Reshape embodies transformation—not by building anew, but by refining what already exists. Every surface and junction was carefully detailed to express this idea: seamless transitions and layered materials like wood, stone slabs, and metal reinforce the belief that small details make a meaningful impact. Craftsmanship is central to the design, with refined reveals and tailored assemblies that enhance the user’s experience and reflect the precision of the services offered within.

The project responds to its immediate context—the existing building—by using materials that create continuity without direct imitation. Simultaneously, it acknowledges its broader setting: Tijuana, a dynamic cross-border medical hub. Reflective surfaces and carefully placed openings connect the interior to urban views, subtly integrating the city into the space’s daily rhythm.

The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and precise—qualities that foster trust and pride. It was essential to design a space where every visitor, regardless of background, feels valued and cared for.

Reshape is more than a place for healing and beauty; it serves as a quiet yet confident contributor to the shared identity of Tijuana and San Diego and to the region’s evolving architectural voice.
