Orchid Breezeline is a single-family village located in Imperial Beach, just steps away from the beach. The project consists of fifteen 3-bedroom single-family homes placed around a central circulation corridor. Each home features a palette of corrugated metal and smooth stucco, evocative of many of the beach structures in the surrounding community. Each unit also features a dramatic pitched roof, giving the project a unique identity within the neighborhood, and storage tanks to collect rain water to maintain their individual garden spaces.
