Open House San Diego provides a behind-the-scenes look at notable architecture, public spaces, and more with guided and self-guided tours and curated experiences across 7 San Diego-area neighborhoods: Barrio Logan, City Heights, Coronado, Downtown, La Mesa, National City, and new for 2022 — UC San Diego!

Here’s how to get the most out of your OH! experience:

Guided tours and in-person experiences: OH! San Diego offers a curated selection of over 50 guided tours and in-person experiences. Many of these tours require advance registration and sign-ups are limited, so reserve your spot today!
Self-guided tours: Guide available via ArchiMaps or via the OH! website. These tours will guide participants to the award-winning architecture, historical points of interest, public spaces, and the hidden gems that distinguish each neighborhood. Some sites are exterior only, others are generally open to the public, and select sites will welcome OH! visitors during certain hours. View here.
Videos and Virtual Tours: For armchair travelers, OH! offers a selection of video tours and behind-the-scenes views including the Rob Wellington Quigley-designed Ocean Discovery Institute; a virtual hardhat tour of the recently completed mixed use development in National City, Parco; a guided tour of Little Saigon; virtual hike in the City Heights Canyons Loop Trail; and more. Educational videos: Learn how to take great architectural photographs with a series of photography tutorials. Kids and adults alike can learn the basics of architectural sketching with architect-guided KidSketch tutorials on how to sketch Open House sites including the Lincoln Acres Library, National City Aquatic Center, and Ocean Discovery Institute.
