Join us for Saturdays in Balboa Park

Tours are held on the Saturdays noted below:

San Diego's most beloved open space and architectural showcase. Learn how a fledgling city transformed a barren mesa into the largest urban cultural park in America, complete with world-class regional architecture, horticulture, museums and theater! Visit the site of the 1915 and 1935 international Expositions, now historical landmark districts, and discover the secrets of Balboa Park's architectural past on this 2-hour walking tour.

This tour guided by Jeff Parshalle, AIA of Galvin Cristilli Parshalle Architects.

The Historic Gaslamp Quarter… Urban Blight to Urban Bright

Tours are held on the Saturdays noted below:

San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter began as the heart of Alonzo Horton's New Town. Join us for a lively and colorful two-hour walking tour and learn about the area's architectural evolution from the 1880's dirt streets and saloons to the successful restorations and adaptive reuse projects that blend housing, hotels, dining and entertainment.

Limited to 20 people per tour. Fully disabled accessible.

Tour meets at the Arts Tix kiosk located in Downtown San Diego at the corner of 3rd Ave and Broadway on Broadway Circle. The kiosk is located in front of Citibank, across from NBC's street side studio.
